Virtual Call Center Agent - Remote / Work From Home (Canada)

DIA Earth Corporation has built an association with Arise Virtual Solutions to provide Virtual Call Center Services. We are hiring agents to provide product support services from their home.

As a call center agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our partner’s clients. You will create invoices for new purchases, respond to refund requests, provide product knowledge, and research to provide answers to product challenges. We are searching for professional individuals who are empathetic, enjoy communicating with others, and like solving problems.

Position Details:

  • Location: Anywhere in Canada

  • Pay: Hourly Base Salary + Performance Bonuses

Joining Process:


Selected applicants will be asked to create a DIA Earth Corporation / Arise Virtual Solutions profile on the Arise platform.

Once the profile is approved, you will be able to choose an opportunity you wish to service – do note that the training is unpaid and there is a charge for the course. Currently, DIA Earth Corporation is servicing several clients including Intuit TurboTax, Intuit QuickBooks, Comcast Communications and Reliance Home Care. Upon completion of training, you will be ready to service and make earnings.

The pay consists of an hourly base salary of $15.00 per hour, plus a performance bonus of up to an additional $2.50/hr. As an agent, you will have the ability to choose your own hours and be required to service between 10 to 40 hours a week.
